International collaboration took center stage at the Coral Gables Chamber International Forum, hosted in collaboration with the Consulate General of Mexico and focused on strengthening economic and innovation ties between international markets and Miami.

While the Consulate General of Mexico served as host, the Consuls General of Canada and Japan were also special guests, bringing three important international markets into the conversation around collaboration, innovation and opportunities to better connect their respective business ecosystems with South Florida.

Teresa Grandal Cusse, Founder & CEO of IMPACTIFI, attended as a special guest of the Consulate General of Mexico, participating in conversations with the diplomatic and business community about how these relationships can translate into tangible opportunities for companies looking to expand internationally.

The relationship with Mexico is already progressing. IMPACTIFI is in close communication with the Mexican Consulate to explore potential programming for startups and companies within its ecosystem that are interested in expanding into Miami and the broader U.S. market.

The participation of Canada and Japan also opens the door for continued conversations around how IMPACTIFI can help connect international companies and innovation ecosystems with the relationships, market intelligence and commercial pathways available in South Florida.
